Spark Summer Program

In this 2-week program, students will design and complete hands-on projects related to their interests.
Creating a comic book, starting a business, building a robot, learning Japanese, or publishing a novel.

Kenya Summer Fellowship
When: 4-6 weeks in June and July 2018
For high school students with tech skills.
The LIFE School has partnered with the Laare Technology Centre (located 1 hour north of Nairobi, capital of Kenya) to offer this summer tech fellowship for teens. Students will get to explore Kenya, develop their leadership skills, and train community members on tech skills, ranging from basic computer use (typing, Internet, word processing) to computer programming and web design.
While in Kenya, students will have the opportunity to explore Nairobi (the capital city) and also travel to the countryside to go on safari.
Cost: Roundtrip flight to Nairobi + costs for meals and souvenirs
Lodging will be arranged with the tech centre.
